Currently, we are looking for a person to our Tech Team to join us as a:

Support Manager 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking care of the international support team: building and enhancing team member's competences, motivation and engagement as well as providing constant feedback
  • Building support strategy: creating action plans and implementing them by fixing the strategy and monitoring the progress
  • Efficiency monitoring: tracking and meeting KPIs with maintaining the highest level of Customer Service quality
  • Client’s Problem Solving: negotiating and solving the problems in order to keep customers satisfaction
  • Communication and Customer Relationship: providing successful communication and maintaining positive relationship with internatioal customers 
  • Continuous improvement of customer service: searching for new solutions that improve the quality of customer service
  • Testing and implementing new technologies and solutions to improve customer service quality
  • Attending technical conferences and workshops
  • Reporting and presentations: Preparing the reports about team’s performance and efficiency 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience on similar position in building L1, L2, L3 support and in Team Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking 
  • English language on a very good level (C1+) and Polish on native level
