FOTC specializes in partnership with Google Cloud to offer support and cost optimization of cloud computing solutions.

What do we do? 
We train, implement, operate and provide technical support to companies that use Google Cloud solutions. Our mission is to educate the market so that organizations - large, small, private, or public - can get the most benefits from using the Google Workspace office productivity applications and ready-to-use cloud services from Google Cloud Platform.

Where can you find us?
FOTC's command centre is located in Wroclaw, but we run branch offices in Warsaw, London, Bucharest, Budapest, and Sofia. As a team of cloud specialists, we do most of our business online, so we offer remote employment and rely on transparent online communication.

As an official Google Cloud Partner, we are in contact with Google marketers, engineers, and strategists to better meet the needs of local businesses. We maintain cooperation with over 2000 companies from 7 countries in the CEE region to help them leverage the potential of the cloud.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a person to join us as a Customer Success Specialist for Romanian Market
We look for a customer care-oriented person who wants to learn more about technology and Google cloud solutions. If you are that person - do not hesitate to apply!
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Care for regular and new customers.
  • Provide customer service at the highest level.
  • Work on inactive clients and propose various services from our portfolio.
  • Help customers take full advantage of premium functionalities and expand the range of services they use.
  • Monitoring customer potential on the market.
  • Close cooperation with the technical support department.
  • Focus on achieving set goals.
  • Developing and promoting the company's image. 
  • Orientation on achieving the set goals.


  • Experience in working in a similar position (B2B sales, Sales Specialist, Key Account Manager).
  • Excellent English level and Romanian language native level.
  • University degree. 
  • Independence in carrying out entrusted tasks and the ability to analyze customer needs.
  • Good technical explanation of how the product works to our customers.
  • Interest in the technology of cloud solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales of SaaS, e-commerce, or cloud solutions.
  • High computer skills.
